Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We currently serve the greater Windsor area, including Raindance, Water Valley, Downtown Windsor, etc. We're hoping to expand our service area soon!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours are currently 7AM - 8PM Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat. On Monday and Thursday, our hours are 3PM - 7PM.

A: You can book a service by giving us a call, sending us an email, or by filling out our contact form here.
Service-Specific FAQs
Q: What if my dog needs special care or has health issues?
A: We are happy to accommodate dogs with special needs. Please let us know during our initial consultation so we can discuss a personalized care plan:)
Q: Do you offer pet-sitting or overnight stays?
A: We offer in-your-home pet-sitting services. This allows your pet to stay in their familiar environment and maintain their routine. At this time, we are not offering overnight stays.
Q: How will I know my dog is safe and happy with you?
A: We provide regular updates, including photos and videos, via text or email so you can see your dog having a great time!
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that plans can change. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Otherwise, we incur a cancellation fee of 30% of booking price.

Payment FAQs
Q: How do you handle payments?
A: We currently are onlly accepting cash and check. We are actively working on ways to accept card and payment softwares such as Venmo as well. Payment is due at the time of service.
